TELL US ABOUT YOUR SPECIAL DAY…
We got married in Tuscany at a venue that is a very special place to us, having travelled there for many years with family and friends. We have shared so many special times in Tuscany over amazing Italian food and wine. We wanted to recreate that at our wedding and share those times with our friends and family. Being able to do away with some traditional wedding elements also meant that it felt very personal to us.
Creating opportunities to connect with each of our guests was also a top priority for us so we extended the celebrations into a weekend-long affair. We kicked off with a relaxed BBQ, allowing everyone to meet and mingle. The following day, was the wedding day. And then a pool and pizza party was the perfect way to enjoy our last day all together.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR PARTICULAR GOWN/LOOK?
I wanted something that was simple and timeless and this dress was perfect. The buttons down the low back made it a bit unique - just what I was looking for. I always thought it was a cliché but it was actually the first dress I tried on - when you know you know.

In terms of the day itself, plan thoroughly and then make sure someone else is in charge so that you can stay present and enjoy it!
