Prea James first started her career in 2012 creating custom couture pieces for her fashion savvy Sydney clientele. Now with a highly skilled team of artisans behind her and a thriv- ing international presence, a return to these couture roots is a natural and serendipitous evolution for the brand.
A demi-couture line of high-end wedding gowns fusing couture techniques, intricate detailing, and luxury fabrications with a made-to-order model, perfect for those brides looking for something a little more special yet true to the Prea James Bridal aesthetic.

DEMI COUTURE SERVICES
This is our Top Tier service, a completely made-to-measure experience for a limited number of brides per year. This service includes an initial design consultation with Prea James for 1 hour and four fittings where the gown will be tailored to your body.
The initial design consultation fee is $150.00 and is non-refundable.
A minimum of 12 months is needed for this service and prices start at $10,000. The total cost is worked out for each individual bride depending on their design brief.
TIER 1
The Demi Couture Studio Collection is a made-to-order process, where brides can try on a sample of the gown and our stylists will assist in taking your measurements to find your nearest size. Split sizing is a complimentary service in the Studio collection, allowing you to get a closer fit and therefore minimising the number of alterations needed.
With the made-to-order service, brides need to book alterations separately. We are able to recommend a number of local bridal alteration specialists to help guide you.
Tier 2 can be booked as part of the ‘First Look Appointment - Studio Collection’ and is a 90 minute appointment starting at $65.00 and is non-refundable.
