Online Purchasing Agreement.

We understand that purchasing anything online can be a little scary, which is why we wanted to make sure everything is outlined, so that you feel more informed before you make your decision.  1. Sizing & Alterations

1.1 I (the customer) am aware that Prea James Bridal gowns are NOT made to measure. Each gown is made to order and it is my responsibility to take my measurements correctly and use our Sizing Chart to choose my size accordingly.

1.2 I have read and understood the sizing chart and how to take my measurements.

1.3 I understand that if I have had the help of a stylist to determine the best size for my body, it is still my responsibility to use the sizing chart and guide to order the correct size.

1.4 I understand that once my order has been confirmed I cannot change the size of my gown as the gown goes in to production as soon as Prea James Bridal receives and confirms the order.

1.5 I understand that my gown may need alterations (including the hem being shortened) to get the perfect fit and that is not the responsibility of Prea James Bridal. I also understand that I need to allow sufficient time for alterations before my wedding date.

 

2. Payments, Time Frame & Ordering

2.1 I understand that each Prea James Bridal gown is made to order and that it takes a minimum of 5 months to make each gown and that 5 months starts once I have paid the 50% deposit and my size and length have been chosen.

2.2 I understand that I will need to pay for my dress or veil in full before the item is sent to me. I understand that if I need to pay off my dress in installments I have to do is email through the request to hello@preajames.com.au and this has to first be approved by Prea James Bridal.

2.3 I have read the Prea James Bridal Delivery & Shipping Information and understand that I need to allow the appropriate amount of time for delivery and allow for unforeseen circumstances that may slow down the delivery process.

2.4 I understand that I must pay a 50% deposit of the total amount of my order including postage to complete the order for my dress.

2.5 I understand that the remaining 50% needs to be paid before my gown and/or accessories are shipped.

 

3. Fabrics & Imperfections

3.1 I understand that all Prea James Bridal gowns are handmade in Australia from luxury fabrics.

3.2 I understand that luxury fabrics easily pull and while every care is taken to prevent this, sometimes very minor pulls may occur in the fabric and this will not be considered a fault by Prea James Bridal.

3.3 I understand that silk is a natural fibre and therefore may have slight imperfections in the fabric, that are not faults. These imperfections are simply natural occurrences due to the nature of silk and only make my dress more special.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 I have read and understand the Prea James Bridal Returns & Exchange Policy.
