What was your wedding venue and why did you choose there?
Villa Eva, Ravello, Italy. We wanted a destination wedding and what better place than Amalfi Coast Italy. The venue itself was up high on the mountains with a beautiful view of the ocean which ticked all our boxes.

Did you have a wedding theme/style? If so, tell me about it please.
We didn’t really have a theme but we wanted something simple yet elegant so we styled the venue with greenery and candles, we let the venue do most the talking.

How did you and your now Husband meet?
Through friends, we actually knew each other for years before we started dating.

What is your proposal story?
My husband surprised me with a trip to Bali and proposed on a cliff right above the beach in Uluwatu.

How did you hear about Prea James Bridal?
Through a friend, she had designed this beautiful custom gown which caught my attention.

What do you love most about the gown?
How simple and timeless it is, I wouldn’t change a thing!

Are there any special details about your wedding that you would like to share?
One detail that I loved was that my cousin acted as our celebrant, it was so much more special having someone who knows and cares for us both marry us.

Were there any details that you (and friends and family) made yourselves?
My Sofra Aghd (which is a cultural ceremony spread for Iranians ) was brought over all the way from the US by my Aunty and family friend. They put together every detail, from the intricate Persian sweets to the flower settings.

Finally, Do you have any words of wisdom for couples planning their big day?
Take every minute of the day in, it goes by so fast and before you know it its all over!
